PAYMENT OR NO PAYMENT AS AS INTERN

Many of us indeed dream to get an internship opportunity that pays, not only pays but pays good money. Isn't this our dream as new graduates to the job market? In reality the Job Market will not fulfill this dream. For you to earn in many jobs, the pay is consummate of the years of experience you have plus the creativity and innovativeness hence the competitive employment environment. Therefore its important for young people to start their internship early when they are still in college/university.

Hence focusing on gaining career experience will be an added advantage in your career development. If you are lucky to find an internship or voluntership that pays you, then you are one of the few lot. Does this mean that if you are not paid then you get to do less work? The answer is NO. As i said before get motivated by acquiring skills that you will so need when you finish college or that will help you land your real job.

Do have the right motivation and exhibit professionalism when you are working as an intern.

What are your thoughts?
