Project Summary: In partnership with the Ugandan Ministry of Finance and the Overseas Development Institute, IPA assesses the impact of providing highly disaggregate, location specific information on budget allocation and expenditures on the quality of service provision. Target groups include local councilors and local opinion leaders.
Position Summary: The intern will work closely with the PI and a team of Field Managers on overseeing baseline data collection and managing incoming data. Tasks include:
- Receiving and submitting electronic survey data on a daily basis
- Ensuring quality of the data through high frequency checks and consolidating data with auditor results
- Involvement in survey design, programming and oversight of field teams
