Role overview
We are seeking this role to support the development of a regional strategy on social inclusion focusing on rights of People With Disabilities in Horn and east Afica, to enable developemnt of concepts or proposals in the sphere of social inclusion linked to 3 thematic areas of Education, Health and Livelihoods within our national programmes and strengthen national capacity on social inclusion.A technical Adviser whose key tasks will include: 
1) Analysis of social inclusion in the region in regards to persons with disabilities; 
2) the development of regional strategy on social inclusion of persons with disabilities; 
3) design of social inclusion concept /project proposal ; 
4) resource mapping for funding of social inclusion projects; 
5) capacity building of country office staff in social inclusion of persons with disabilities and 
6) participation and representation VSO on a variety of forums/fora on social inclusion.

Role overview
VSO Nigeria is looking to recruit an experienced, skilled and efficient Youth Programme Officer to provide programmatic and administrative support to the Country Office. This position will be based in Lagos, and reports to the Youth Programmes Manager and South West Cluster Lead. 
The person will be responsible for program delivery of ICS and other Y4D programmes in assigned geographic area. The responsibilities will also include supporting the Cluster Leader (SPO) in effective planning and implementation of Y4D projects in the cluster.

Skills, qualifications and experience required
