Location: Nairobi, Kenya. Starting date: as soon as possible
Main responsibilities:
- Help desk support
- Ensure the MIS standards and policies are adhered to at all times and throughout the entire infrastructure
- Ensure systems availability, security management and system integrity
- Information management
Qualifications:
- University degree/ Higher Diploma in IT or Computer Science or equivalent, graduating university students are also considered;
- Flexibility and the ability to work within a multi-cultural team;
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and to organise and prioritise own work;
- Ability to work on own initiative;
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Team player;
- Basic network troubleshooting skills;
- Overall knowledge of software and hardware fire walls;
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions;
