The UNU Institute for the Advanced Study of Sustainability (UNU-IAS) is now accepting applications for its two fellowship programmes: UNU-IAS Postdoctoral Fellowships and JSPS-UNU Postdoctoral Fellowships. The closing date for applications is 28 February 2015.
The Institute’s fellowship programmes provide young scientists, policymakers, and developing country scholars with the opportunity to expand their intellectual vision beyond a single scientific field.
UNU-IASPostdoctoral Fellowshipsare offered for a period of 12 months beginning in September 2015. JSPS-UNU Postdoctoral Fellowships, which also starts in September 2015, are offered for 24 months. Postdoctoral candidates must have completed a PhD degree, and candidates' current research must be closely related to one of the thematic areas of the Institute. Completed applications for fellowships must be submitted to UNU-IAS by 28 February 2015. Applications will only be considered if they are complete and all required documentation has been received.
