Job description
- Prepare, collect and distribute relative information from GSR for WLS completion design.
- Manage & analyze CBL logs to perform perforation and fracturing jobs safely.
- Check and control safety & technical accuracy of all data
- Follow up drilling , logging progress for each well and assure completion on time
- Design & optimize fracturing program with WLS team and contractor representative.
- Monitor & control fracturing operation quality on wellsite
- Analyze frac data & diagnose frac results
- Follow up delivery and inventory of proppant and other consumables
- Prepare relative technical documents of fracturing
- Maintenance & update Fracturing reports and program in database
Required skills
Education
- Bachelor degree in Petroleum Geology /Engineering background
- Bachelor degree in Petroleum Geology /Engineering background
Experience
- Beginner
- Oversea experience is preferred
Skills
¿ Good knowledge of Chinese environment and Mandarin, fluent English. French is a plus
¿ Strong technical or technical service or product research background
¿ Excellent service attitude, Adaptable to frequent business travels
¿ Good command of analysis skills that lead to action plan and good commercial acumen
¿ Self-driven/motivated with strong desire to succeed, mature, initiative, independent
¿ Excellent people skills and strong ability to lead and motivate teams
