Major Responsibility

·         Administrative support:

·         Dealing with general enquiries

·         Helping to take bookings for incoming volunteers and helping with registration of community organization activities at grass root level.

Person Specification – skills and experience, required

·         Experience of general office administration

·         Experience of dealing with customers / members and answering the phone

·         Good communication skills

·         Experience of the international development sector would be an advantage
